Refunds & Returns

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must have their original tags attached and be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.
How to Start a Return
- Email returns@relateabletees.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (US orders) or return instructions (international).
- Drop your package at any carrier location within 14 days of receiving the label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us within 30 days and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way back. Exchanges are free within the US.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@relateabletees.com with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return shipping required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale and clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks typically post the refund within 5–10 business days after we process it. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or customs fees. We recommend using a tracked service.
